I already signed up for the mailing list...do I still have to register with Grouptune?
Yes! You'll need to register, which just means entering your email address and creating a password, in order to participate in any Grouptune offers.
What happens if a Grouptune doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If not enough people participate in the deal, the deal is cancelled and your credit card will not be charged. To be sure you reach the minimum threshold, be sure to share the deal with your friends via Facebook, Twitter and email.

I bought a Grouptune! How do I download my music?
Once your credit card is charged, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to your voucher. Download instructions will be found in your voucher.
I downloaded the zip file but I'm having trouble opening it. How do I open this thing?
Instructions for downloading and opening your zip file (Windows):
- Select "save" if prompted when your download begins (never select "open" or "run"). Be sure to remember the location where your zip file is being downloaded (your Desktop is a good location).
- Once your download is complete, locate and right-click the file, select "Extract All" and then follow the onscreen instructions.
- You will then be able to open each individual song file (songs will play in your default media player).
- Select "save" if prompted when your download begins (never select "open" or "run"). Be sure to remember the location where your zip file is being downloaded (your Desktop is a good location).
- Once your download is complete, locate and double-click the zip file.
OK, I opened the zip file, but how do I add my music to my iTunes library?

- From the "File" menu, choose one of the following: - "Add File to Library" (to add a single song)
- Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
- "Add Folder to Library" (to add a full album)
- Open iTunes
- From the File menu, select "Add to Library"
- Navigate to and select the file or folder that you want to add
I bought a Grouptune! When do I get my package in the mail?
Each Grouptune is different. Some packages are shipped immediately, while others (like pre-orders) make take up to six weeks (or even more) to arrive. Login by clicking "My Account" to view your Grouptune voucher and review the shipment/delivery information there.
Can I buy a Grouptune as a gift for someone else?
Absolutely! You see, we encourage giving and make it easy for you, too. Just select the "buy as a gift" option at checkout.
Can I buy multiple Grouptunes for myself? How about for friends and family?
Usually, but it depends on the Grouptune. Please check the "Fine Print" area for details on your specific Grouptune.
Is entering my credit card information safe?
